Ratto Law Firm, P.C., formerly Law Offices of Duda, Rahim & Ratto, P.C. and Law Offices of Frederick R. Duda, P.C. was originally founded in the early 1960’s by Frederick R. Duda. Mr. Duda accepted a position on the Public Utilities Commission in 1984. At that time, Anthony G. Ratto became the President and Managing Attorney. The firm has operated in Oakland for over 40 years.
